The Crowood Press publishes Chair Upholstery: A modern guide to traditional techniques on 27 October (£24, 160 pages, paperback). Seven chair projects take the reader from basic repairs to advanced work, with each stage photographed, and the publisher pitches it at both beginners and upholsterers looking to extend their range.
