Internal Sales Executive

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be the first point of contact for trade enquiries, turning quotes into orders and presenting the furniture ranges in the showroom. What you will be doing as Internal Sales Executive - Handling sales enquiries by phone, email and other channels and converting quotes into orders - Welcoming showroom visitors and presenting the furniture and upholstery ranges - Producing and amending CAD drawings, layouts and visuals for quotes and proposals - Following up open quotes and managing contract sales - Opening and developing trade accounts and re-engaging inactive customers - Coordinating samples, processing orders and resolving service issues - Keeping CRM records and the sales pipeline up to date - Supporting showroom events, launches and marketing What we are looking for - Experience in internal sales, sales support or a similar customer-facing commercial role - Working knowledge of CAD software and a CRM system, with good general IT skills - A genuine interest in interiors and a strong eye for style and detail - Confident, professional communication in person, by phone and by email - A consistent record of following up and converting enquiries - Furniture, interiors, showroom or contract and trade sales experience is an advantage What is on offer - Competitive salary - Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 1pm - Immediate start available - A varied role with a respected luxury furniture maker
